What it will do

  • Add or update a client when a client is added or changed in your case system.
  • Mark a case settled when a matter settles, so your case-settled client letters know to go out. (You still approve every letter before it mails.)
  • New prospect (digital bundle only): send each new prospect to your CRM as a cold lead — a person who hasn’t contacted your firm.

What you’ll need

  • An API key from Settings → Integrations → API keys. See API keys. Give it a name like “Zapier” so you can tell it apart.
  • A Zapier account.
When you connect, Zapier checks the key with GET /me.
