What a county subscription gives you
For each county you subscribe to, you get:- A prospect list. New prospects from that county appear in the app as they come in.
- Campaigns in that county. Your campaigns can mail letters or postcards, send you spreadsheets, or sync audiences to Meta for the prospects in that county. See Campaigns.
See the prospects for one county
- In the sidebar, open Jurisdictions.
- Click the county name.
- The Prospects tab opens, showing that county’s prospects. The total count is shown above the list.
See prospects across all your counties
- In the sidebar, open Jurisdictions.
- Click All Jurisdictions.
Sort and filter the list
- Sort: click a column heading. Click again to reverse the order.
- Filter: under each column heading is a filter box. Type in it to narrow the list — for example, a town name under Incident Town. Yes/no columns have a menu with Any, Yes, and No. You can filter on several columns at once.
- Pages: use Previous and Next at the bottom to page through long lists.
Choose which columns you see
- Click Columns above the list.
- Tick or untick columns. Some columns have a small info icon that explains what they contain.
Download the list
- Click Download CSV above the list.
- Pick which columns to include:
- Visible columns — just what you see on screen, in your order.
- All columns — every available column. This set can grow as we add columns.
- Legacy columns — a fixed set that never changes. Use this if you import the file into another system and need the same layout every time.
- Click Download.
Send one prospect through a campaign
You can run a single prospect through one of your active campaigns — for example, to mail a letter to someone right away.- On the prospect list, click the menu button at the start of the row.
- Choose Run Campaign for this prospect.
- Pick a campaign and confirm.
Add a county
- In the sidebar, under Jurisdictions, click Add Jurisdiction.
- Tell us which county you’d like and send the message.
Archived counties
When your subscription to a county ends, that county becomes archived. You don’t lose what you already had.- The county moves to the Archived section of the sidebar and the Archived jurisdictions list on the home page.
- You can still open it and see the prospects you received while you were subscribed. A banner at the top says the county is archived and shows the date your data runs through.
- No new prospects are added.
- Campaigns no longer run in that county.
- An archived county still shows up in All Jurisdictions.
