How do I add a county?

In the sidebar, under Jurisdictions, click Add Jurisdiction and tell us which county you want. We’ll confirm availability and pricing. See Counties and prospects.

Where did my campaigns go? They used to be under each county.

All campaigns now live in one place: Marketing → Campaigns. A single campaign can cover all your counties, a few of them, or just one. Run history is under Marketing → Reports. See Campaigns.

How do I pause a campaign?

On Marketing → Campaigns, click Archive on the campaign. It stops running. Click Restore to turn it back on.

Where do I download the letters from a run?

Go to Marketing → Reports. Under Execution Logs, find the run and click Letters (or Labels). Older runs stay there, so you can download them again.

Can I download my prospect list?

Yes. Open a county (or All Jurisdictions) and click Download CSV. The file includes every prospect on that page. The filter boxes don’t narrow the download.

Why does Meta say it can’t connect, or why did my audience stop updating?

The person connecting needs Manage campaigns access to the ad account. View-only access isn’t enough. Ask your Meta admin to check that person’s access, then click Reconnect under Settings → Integrations. See Meta audiences.

When will I be charged?

Monthly, in advance, on or about the 1st. You’ll get a reminder email about 2 weeks before each charge. See Billing and your subscription.

Does my subscription renew on its own?

Yes. It renews for another term of the same length unless you tell us otherwise in writing before your term ends. We email your primary contact a reminder about 45 days before the term ends.

How do I cancel?

Give us written notice: reply to any billing email, email support@outboundlegal.com, or use Request a cancellation under Settings → Subscription. With the standard 30-day notice period, notice received in May means service ends June 30. Your final month is billed in full, and fees already paid aren’t refunded. See Billing and your subscription.

What happens to my data when a county subscription ends?

The county is archived. You can still open it and see the prospects you received while subscribed. No new prospects are added, and campaigns stop running there.

Our bookkeeper should get the billing emails, not me. Can you change that?

Yes. Contact us with the bookkeeper’s name and email, and we’ll make them your billing contact. Payment reminders and receipts will go to them. Contract notices, like the renewal reminder, still go to your primary contact.

How do I give a colleague access?

If you’re the account owner, go to Settings → Team and click Add teammate. They’ll get an email with a link to set a password. See Your account and signing in.
